British supermodel Naomi Campbell reputation continued to suffer when she is associated with the issue of blood diamonds. As we know, she has been instructed by the special court in Sierra Leone in The Hague to testify about “the gift” she received from a former president of Liberia, Charles Taylor, during the Nelson Mandela's children's charity. This issue is considered as the biggest issue based on a series of her legal issues.
If we observed on a series of offenses that have been passed on her, we will be able to recognize that she has a hot-tempered attitude. A law firm, Sullivan & Worcester in Boston announced that she was very dangerous for those around her. Seven cases have been filed to the court in which six of them were associated with a violent attitude. For example, in 1998, she was accused of attacking her assistant Georgina Galanis, same case for Amanda Brack in 2005 and her housekeeper in 2006. She was also accused of attacking a police officer at Heathrow Airport in 2008 after her bag disappeared. As a result, she has banned from flying British Airways and sentenced to community service centers over 200 hours. In 2010, she was slapped and punched her driver, but her driver did not pursue criminal charges on her. Based on all these points, one would think a supermodel who has always demonstrated branded clothes and also got the nickname from the many fans have a bad attitude.
According to Mia Farrow, she had met with Naomi during breakfast at the hotel. Naomi told her about “the gift” from a former president of Liberia in the evening. Naomi also said that she opened the gift and acknowledges that there was a huge diamond from her gift. According to Naomi’s statement, however, she only received a dirty stone that she did not think that the stone was diamond. The location of the diamond is still becoming a question mark because it didn’t reach to the right hand (Nelson Mandela Children's Fund). Finally, does she give a true statement or she tries to escape from her ego to maintain her reputation ... no one know.
